Tom and Jenny are great. Tom has been doing my nails for years. They are usually very busy but worth the wait!!

My sister took me here for my birthday to get manicures and pedicures. The workers were rude. They forgot to put top coat on half of her toes. The gel manicures lasted 3 days and looked horrible. Never will we go back.

DO NOT GO HERE. You're doing yourself a favor. New to the area and my Mom and I decided to check out this salon. Place is dirty and the workers have terrible customer service. We noticed they didn't have a lot of workers when we walked in so my Mom asked if they were busy. Their response was "we have people." One woman tended to her and they sat me at my pedicure station feet in water and I was waiting for 45 minutes. We would've left but my Mom had already gotten started since she wanted both a mani and pedi. Never had such a terrible experience at a nail salon before. Now I've learned my lesson that it doesn't matter where I go but to always look at reviews 1st which is why I decided to go ahead and leave one for the rest of you, which I don't normally do.

Can't say anything on their work quality because I couldn't wait any longer to have them do my nails but they need to work on their customer service skills that's for sure.

I started with having an appointment at 4 i came an extra 15 minutes early after waiting an hour I said i am only going to wait ten more minutes. The people where very unfriendly. To top it all off the woman who waited on use started taking about me about how i was disrespect and that i was the problem even though i was only taken in at 5 o'clock for my 4 o'clock appointment. It was clear that they don't appreciate our tender.
The other reviewers are right take your money else where as of the long wait, unfriendly workers, the bad quality and the dirty salon. After drying my nails I saw that one of the colors drifted because of the wind on the fan and the people refused to re paint it.
