Went to go get a simple cut. It was 4pm on a sunday , there were three people working 2 hrs to go still, they turned me away and sent me to the Penny's salon, where the beautician was outstanding went the extra mile. Just skip Regis and ask for Ariel at the JC Penny Salon

We walked in at 8:15pm, the stylist was about halfway through a mens haircut with nobody waiting, my husband just needed a simple mens haircut that takes anywhere we go less than 10 minutes to complete and we were told by the stylist that they close at 9pm and the guy in the chair was her last haircut. Ridiculous.

I didn't like that work ..no service nothing...they don't know how to treat customers..i never go back to them..

We went there without an appointment and the hairstyler accomodate us right away. They are friendly and caters to the customers satisfaction.

The new receptionist is so ghetto & extremely disrespectful I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Pay a little more and go somewhere with some class
