I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them!! EVERYONE is so sweet, and they make you feel welcome! They ALWAYS take their time, and do whatever they can to make sure you’re happy! Don (the owner) is fabulous! He keeps a steady conversation, and is very particular about his work! I’ve NEVER been so happy with a nail salon before! The last few times I’ve been, I have been pregnant and they are so gentle and caring with me! From helping me sit down, to making sure I’m comfortable! You definitely won’t regret going here!! If you ever have a problem with the work they have done, just let them know and they are always happy to fix it for you! I wish I would’ve found them sooner! This is definitely my forever nail salon!

I have been here several times with mixed results. The first time I was able to get my hands and feet done in an hour during lunch. The next time it took longer - but was still ok. Today I went and called at 10:45 and asked if they were busy- they said no. I asked if I could get my fill in and pedicure in an hour- they said yes...I asked to leave my name...but she said just be there at 11:30. I got there at 11:30-got my pedicure- but then she was working on someone else and I only had 25 minutes to get my nails done. I knew I could not get them done that fast-so I had to leave with HALF of my nails done. I will need to go to ANOTHER salon to finish the work. I talked to the lady there and explained to her 3 TIMES that she should not have told me to come in if they could not get the job done or if they were too busy. I will NOT be going back. Very disappointed- they should not tell you to come in if they are not able to do what you ask for.

I am a pretty loyal customer to You've got nails. I love all of the ladies there and they take extra care of me. I can't imagine going somewhere else, but lately I may try some other places. Recently, I have gone in and I get a pedicure and the dip on my nails or sometimes just a manicure- They have two young, young gentleman who I have not really seen working often, but my pedicure was awful. The one thing I rave about when I tell people about You've got nails is the foot and leg massage during your pedicure is always amazing and better then I have ever had before. This young boy hardly massaged my feet and legs and it just was not enjoyable. He had a few long nails which I could feel through the gloves and that was a little awkward. When I got to the girl who did my dip nails, I felt like she was rushing. She used that electronic file to go around my nail and ended up cutting me on about 5-6 different fingers. I showed my mother in law and she told me to go back and complain but I didn't have the heart. I do think they should know the guys doing these pedicures need to stop. They do not do a good job and the woman really seem to put more effort into the whole experience. I did notice that they are starting to sign in after each service and I don't know if it is a way of the managers to time them and that's why they feel rushed? I was just very disappointed in my last couple of visits.

I’ve been going to this place on and off for about a year now and today I went in asking for paint on my nails nothing else the woman seemed very upset that I would not do gel she then proceeded to do a sloppy job of getting my nails done. she did an OK job on my eyebrows . When we went to the counter she said it was $23 and I said I was confused because I just asked for the paint and she said she did not hear that she only heard manicure so that’s $15 Plus the eight dollars for the eyebrows. She then proceeded to talk badly about me to her coworkers. I am very Disappointment in the service I was given.

Don is truly a master of his art! I always receive prompt and professional service. I have recommended U've Got Nails to friends and strangers alike!
