Alethea did a great job and she was so fun to work with! She was really easy to communicate with and she answered all my questions. I recommend her to anyone who compliments my hair! It was easy making an appointment through the phone and all the staff was really nice. I'm definitely planning to come back! Thank you Alethea!

Amazing!!!!! The girl I had was amazing! Her name is Liz but I didn’t catch her last name. She has long dark brown hair with purple in it. If you try this place ask for her! She took her time and it shows! Instructors weren’t coming around often and this is a good thing! I saw it as she knew what she was doing and was confident in her skills! Please do not go anyway where else! This was the best price for the best hair!

I called and asked if I can schedule a same day appointment. A girl named Frankie picked up the phone and not only did she sound tired and uninterested. But when I asked her if same day was possible, she deliberately hung up the phone.
I thought this place was better than this. Poor customer service.

Maybe they should tell their clientele upon scheduling an appointment that there is no guarantee they will actually receive services. This is what I was told when I showed up to my hair and makeup appointment the day of my bridal pictures. REALLY, THEY DON'T "GUARANTEE" APPOINTMENTS?!? Then what exactly an "APPOINTMENT" for?! I got a voicemail 20 minutes, yes, 20 MINUTES before my appointment from them to tell me they do not have ANYONE there that can do my makeup. REALLY? You couldn't call me a week or even a freaking day in advance to tell me this? No apology, all I got was something along the lines of "We are a school not a salon and therefore the schedule is subject to change so we can't guarantee appointments." That is the most absurd thing that I have ever heard. Is that not the point of an appointment, to guarantee service? Not a great thing to be teaching these students either...flaky service.
Thank the lord for Cameo College of Essential Beauty. They got me in right away and did a FANTASTIC job.
I will NEVER be back to Taylor Andrews Academy, nor would I ever recommend it to my worst enemy, let alone a friend. I would rate negative stars if I could, unfortunately one star is the minimum.
