Absolutely horrible. This is the 3rd time I’ve been here over 2 years and every time my gel nails are poorly done. I went on 10/3 for engagement pictures the following day on 10/4. 10/4, 6 gel nails were already chipped! My nails were rushed and rushed under the setting light. My nails now 10/9 now look like I’ve had them on for 3 weeks. I’ll stay away from this place for good and go to my usual place in Redwood City that does an amazing job.

Dear management of the Bella Nails, it is not acceptable for staff to discuss customers faces, preferences and etc. in Chinese language during the work process. Do they understand that someone can speak Chinese too even people with a European look. it is very rude, low intelligent and absolutely unprofessional for people who work in service. We are not in China we are in the United States, but I felt like I am in the Beijing street salon. Another reason I rated this place like this was unfriendly staff and dirty work spaces.

Both my first snd second time I can were horrible!!! Tracy did a horrible job Linda fixed it but kept telling me "we work by tips, you tip well we do good job" I don't mind paying for what I get but please don't expect a good tip if you do a horrible job.... LINDA VERY RUDE AND SNOTTY

It started out being a nice place, but lately, managment seems preoccupied with other things. Appointments were mishandled, wait time, even with an appointment, were excessive. It's a bit pricey too.

The staff is so nice and the atmosphere is relaxing. Vivian, the owner, is so accommodating to walk ins and large groups. We don’t go anywhere else!
