worst customer service ever. there was not enough staff so i was very rushed while picking out my color and then when she was doing the actual nails she did not take her time and they look HORRIBLE. i do not recommend. she was so rude also, she even said rude comments to me. the nails are so uneven and badly painted. they aren’t even glued fully on. they also don’t tell you about extra fees until after you already made the choice, so you get surprised by the price. not worth the money at all. wish you could do 0 stars

have such a good experience every time I come here! I have found my new permanent nail salon! Julia is such an amazing nail artist and the staff creates a comfortable atmosphere. I definitely recommend this spa to everyone!

The woman was very rude. She was rushing and made my nails crooked. I got charged an extra 5$ for short nails which were “long.” They kept charging extra for everything. I will never go back to this place.I would rate it a 0 if I could. She was more focused on her phone notifications then the quality of my nails.

Cindy did my nails for the first time and they looked great! She was quick and proficient ! Can’t wait to go back !!!

I had a manicure done here the night before my honeymoon so that I could have nice nails on my vacation. I had the dipping done and the male nail tech did a very poor job - you could see through the color to my nail. I couldn’t go back in to get them fixed because I left the next morning for my honeymoon, and when I got home and called and asked if I could have them fixed the manager said no because it had been too long and I should’ve came back sooner. I told her I couldn’t because I was out of the country on my honeymoon. $45 down the drain and I had ugly nails on my honeymoon. I will never go back here, if she had offered to redo them I would have given them another chance, but apparently the customer is not always right at this place!
