I got my nails done by Kristina. She was very friendly and carried on a conversation. My nails look amazing. Perfect shape and polish job. Id highly recommend. Ive been to numerous shops in the area and will be coming back here.

I just left this nail salon 15 minutes ago- I will NEVER step in there again. I walked in and told them that I wanted a polish change for my feet, the man sat me in the massage chair and went back to doing someone else's nails. (no problem at all there) I sit in the massage chair (where he directed me to sit) and I turned the chair on.... 45 secs later this 'lady' came and reached beside to turn the chair off and walked away! She didn't say ANYTHING at all to me! She literally turned it off and sat back down to do someone else's nails. VERY rude! If they didn't want their chair's turned on they could have said that, sat me somewhere else, or told me that there is extra charge for the chair.
I didn't say anything, I just left... they more I think about it, it makes me mad. Don't go to the nailshop by Kohl's and Dollar Tree.

The location is right next door to Kohl’s and dollar tree plaza. I have been going here for the last 3 years and have received nothing less than perfect service. This place is awesome. The customer service is outstanding, and they have a variety of colors and designs to select from. They do not try to upsell you and assist you based off your needs and that is something I appreciate! The best time time to come in is during the week less of a wait, but the wait is sooooo worth it!! It is not easy to locate a good salon and I finally found a great place. Best Quality nail shop in the Davidson, Rutherford county area. Thank you nails first Smyrna, for all you do!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Kim is HORRID. I visited this location 2 weeks ago and got the EXACT SAME THING and and Kim charged me an extra $15! They nickel & dime for EACH service. Who charges an extra $5 for a nail shape? A nail shop who doesn't get much service. I used to frequent that establishment in 2008 for a few years but quit going. Now I remember why. I'm NEVER returning. It would behoove you to do the same; LaBelle Nails around the corner is WAY BETTER and much more reasonably priced.
