Got a shellac pedicure and manicure today at Phinne's. This was my first visit and my last.
Pros: clean salon
Cons: expensive for the quality; pedicure included a oil massage but no exfoliating or hot towels; my heels are as rough as when I walked through the door; cut my nails much shorter than I asked for; shellac polish isn't covering all of my nails on the sides and cuticles but there's plenty of polish on my skin. Also, the owners were not friendly at all. One of them watched some live party on her phone with the volume turned up while she did nails.
