I went for a manicure. I ask if they did French manicure and they told me they don't actually teach the students how to do nails at this location. I wish I would of just left then, but I didn't. The student was very friendly but my nails were not done professionally. It was more like a manicure I do at home. I got them done four days ago and every nail is chipped so I already need them redone. I do not recommend you get your nails done as they have few tools. She did not trim my cuticles, only add oils and lotion, and did a hand soak. They did not have a nail dryer. I wasn't adding fake nails which is also on their list of services, just a simple manicure. She did a good job shaping the nails. The student did an excellent job considering she was never taught and it isn't her fault they don't teach it there but they need to take it off the list of services if they do not teach unless you like paying $10 for a shape, and paint job that looks like you did it yourself.

I had a great experience here at ISB, got my eyebrows and underarms waxed and they look and feel amazing!

What is up with the negitive reviews.My wife has gone here and an instructor always goes thru and checks everything.This is a good place to go and get the services you desire.

I have been calling every week to speak with the Admissions Director and she is never available. I leave voicemails and my contact information to the ladies who answer the phones . I am interested in attending this school but whats the point if the Director doesnt even TRY to reach out to potential students ..
