It has been a nice experience attending Jade Nail Salon. Everyone is polite and at your attention the moment you arrive. I recommend this salon. They listen to what you need and ask as they go to ensure they are meeting your needs. They do not have you wait long and the environment is calm and smoothing.
Charlie's nail technics is amazing and as natural as you would like see.
I recently had my eyebrows done by Thi and she did an amazing job. Hannah gives an amazing pedicure. She is very detailed and offers a great massage.
Each of these techs have provided excellent service. Their hostess remembers you by name and is always checking on you to ensure your experience is great.
I can not say enough. I appreciate their service!

My first time to Jade Spa I went for a pedicure. Sandee rushed through the process and I got an infection in my toe from her digging to deep. I received many pedicures in my life and never have I ever had a toe infection. I don’t believe the tools are PROPERLY sanitized. It’s a shame this happened because I enjoyed the atmosphere while I was there but I will not go back.

I give them 0 stars but I had to put 1 just to wright this. I spent over 200 dollars there and there work didn’t even last me a day. Went back and they said it was my fault for having oily nail beds. But that never happened to me any where else. So disappointed with this place!!!

The first time I went was great I loved it and she did a super good job I didn’t even have to show her a picture before hand her name was Julie.
Then I went a second time thinking it was going to be good , then some other lady attended me and I showed her a picture of how I wanted them and said just a clean up and she took half my eyebrows off because she thought they were too thick since hers were thin . I liked my thick and she realized she didn’t do a good job and charged me 10 I cried for so long and my mom spent so much money on just eyebrow makeup:(

Came here a year ago for a facial and massage, which were both very good. This visit was for nails, and is was so not good. My attendant, sucked up real well but did horrible feet work. they push the $40 service for feet fire hot towels and paraffin, but no massage. Very little if any detail to shape of nails being even on both my hands and feet. He paid more attention to the salon, than me.Product is watered down so much there is no quality. Like most salon they push gel, even claiming the color I wanted was only in gel, so I changed it only to have him bring me my original choice, in regular polish. Which by the way came off an hour later after watching TV.
