I have been coming to this nail salon for almost a year and this is the only place I get my nails done. I like the variety of products that are available. Customer service is okay to me but staff also do not talk much at all. I love the paraffin wax used when I get my nails done. They are timely but also take their time on your nails and feet to ensure satisfaction.
My only con is that I do pay different prices at times for the same products prices ranging from $40-$50, so only a $5-$10 difference but there is no price list posted and it seems to depend on who rings me out.
Overall, I must admit that I liked the previous staff’s skills when I first started coming here and they were younger with more creativity but the new staff is nice, professional, and attentive. The new staff is also able to use the glitter, chrome, color, and glow in the dark acrylics so I will continue to come here!

I love this place. I got a free paraffin wax on my hands and LOVED it. I even got the paraffin on my feet after my pedicure. My nails looks fabulous and would definitely come back. They even gave me a nice design on my nails in which I got a lot of compliments.

I was getting my nails done a when the whole gift card certificate happened, and she is was crazy. These women were so rude and obnoxious. It does seem like she tried taking the gift card but who knows. It wasn’t hers

Very HORRIBLE! I had been coming to B.Nails for 5 months consistently ! But recently they've gone under NEW MANAGEMENT . Today was my first day visiting since they've been under the management. They Blatantly stole a gift certificate that was given to me from another customer that I had sitting beside me while getting my nails done. When I asked where the certificate had went they started speaking Chinese and tried to convince me I never had it and it was never given to me. VERY POOR!
