I got my nails done two days ago and initially I was super happy with my nails. They weren't too think, the tips were perfect and when I went back in to ask her to get rid of some acrylic clumps under my nails she did it immediately. But after I got over the awe strickness of getting my nails done for the first time in almost 8 years I began to see some things that are frustrating me. First off the nails don't go all the way back to my cuticles. Three is a significant gap where there shouldn't be, especially only two days later. Also one of my nails has an air bubble developing on the side of one nail which is going to cause issues with it staying on as long as it should.

I went in for an eyebrow wax Saturday. I had to come back as there were many customers, which wasn't a big deal. My eyebrows however were left uneven and can't be fixed because I want them like the left one which is thicker on the corner. I told her I still had wax on my face she gave me a cotton with lotion and told me to clean it myself! Not even a refund will make a difference, they can't fix it!!!! Horrible work NEVER going back again!

Honestly they are all super friendly . I just moved to Colorado and this is the first place I went to get my nails done , they didn’t even last me a week and charged me 60 for my toes and nails and I had designs on that that was understandable , I went back my today but this time I didn’t ask for them to put nails on I asked for a mani pedi with gel nails , I didn’t even get a massage on me feet either which they normally would do . They charged me 90 . To me that’s crazy pricing . I won’t go there anymore

I love this place. The decor is very outdated but the prices are fair.

I’m from Chicago and recently moved to Colorado. Went to Nefer Nails about three times now. I feel like they charge to much for a service I always get multiple times back at home. My non chip totally chip the next day on my last service. I was so embarrassed because I needed to go back home for a wedding and needed to get them re done.
