I arrived in NYC with severe leg and back pain after a 24 hour flight.I asked the bellhop at my hotel @The Roxy to recommend a massage place close by. Well I had 2 massage with Jay. He was brilliant almost like a doctor and relieved my pain so I could walk without pain killers. best massage and I have Thai massage at home at least once a fortnight Thank lovely manner and magic hands and thanks for the recommendation from the bellhop. Much appreciated

Great experience last week with a spa pedicure and 10 minute shoulder massage add-on! Will definitely come back.

This place is outright RACIST towards certain people. I noticed as soon as a brown person walked in, the employees start looking at each other weird and don’t even greet them. It was very uncomfortable to watch them treat people that way.

I had broken my nail, having called twice to explain what I needed and to confirm that they were able to help, I was met with a very very rude man who once it was confirm call that I’d been the wrong information did not apologies but ushered me out of the store and told me to go to my own nail salon, I explained I was from the UK. He was rude, unhelpful and I personally would not recommend this place. Worst customer service I’ve ever had the dis-pleasure of.
