1) Woman doing my nails rushed through it. 2) My gel polish had bubbles in it and I was told this is normal - no it is not normal when it is applied correctly. 3) Gel polish should last 2 weeks. It began to peel and come off the next day. 4) I saw them using a metal scraper to remove calluses on a customers feet - these are against The Florida Department Of Health's regulations/ illegal to use in Florida. Also, they tried to pour nail polish remover into my friends polish because it was old and thick and globby. This makes polish too thin, causes it to not go on evenly and it will chip much quicker. If polish is this old, it should be thrown away. She told them she wanted a different color please. The woman got VERY angry and started talking in her native language to the other employees then she became Very rough with how she was trimming her cuticles and caused them to bleed on 2 of her fingers. My friend told her she didn't want her manicure anymore. Very unsanitary practices here just to save a few dollars and give their customers poor quality products. I wanted to leave, but I didn't want half undone/ polished nails. 5) They refused to fix my polish and told me I would have to pay to have it removed and redone. * I went to Star Nails on East 41 to have my polish redone. It is very clean there, the technicians take their time and do a great job. They told me that using old gel polish that should be thrown away and not used plus improper application causes gel polish to bubble,peel, and to have an uneven appearance. They felt bad that I had such a horrible job done else where. They removed the gel polish, fixed my unevenly filed nails, applied new gel polish and only charged my $10 for a $25 job. Plus Eileen gave me the best eyebrow wax I have ever gotten!

Not happy at all. Little proper business, talking across the room to each other, in their language. Woman who worked on my mani pedi totally spoke no English. Just overall not happy. Not recommended to go

They were super friendly and the place is cute. I liked the leg scrub and massage, but when they woman was doing my toes, she clipped me a little too hard and it stung through the rest of the process. The paint job was not good at all. I'd come back, but request a different woman
