The atmosphere is great, and so is the service... but the actually work is terrible. I got shellac less than two weeks ago and they did not pain the tip of my nail so my nail was showing through the shellac and started to peel within a week!!!!! And my pedicure was poorly done- cut crooked, the nail polish was not applied smoothly.

First time there for mani-pedi. Pedicure was decent quality-wise, could be way better but the nail polish part is definitely not worth it.
There were 2 facts I liked: the cashier person was very friendly, and they welcomed my male friend which was a plus in my eyes.
Here are the negatives:
I came there with a car like everyone does and also brought a friend, and even brought my own flip flops.
They first told me to wait for the polish to dry so I can wear my flip flops, I was then rushed to step aside not even after 5 minutes. My nail polish was ruined while wearing the flip flop so they had to redo it. I then asked how long will it take this time to dry, was told that it takes an hour. Long story short if you're not that busy with your life to wait for an hour to be able to properly drive your car back again, do have nail polish applied on your toes.
Also, I realized my manicure and pedicure persons were talking to each other looking at my legs and laughing at them in their own language, probably because they weren't properly shaved. I realized this was the case when one of them asked which language I was speaking to when I was talking to my friend.

The staff and owners are very friendly people. I came in to get a pedicure, full set, and eyebrow wax. The receptionist did tell me there would be a wait and that was fine, however the entire process took an hour and a half and I only received a pedicure. The gentlemen that did my pedicure was very nice, however I think he may have been new. There was no dead skin removal and there was old polish left in my toes even after he had finished the process. I chose to do white polish and he was having a hard time painting so the owner finished for him. The below picture is what I left the salon with. I think they are probably much better in a different day, but not today.

The quality of the paint (single color) on my fingernails was horrible. Brush lines, air bubbles, and dips where all visible in the paint.
They said it was 45 minute process and 2.5 hours later and multiple attempts at doing it right, still expected payment. I will never go back or suggest them. A child can and probably will do a better job in less time

This was a gel manicure with an accent design for $40 total!!! I gave her a nice tip so $50. Also, I had Mary do it in two directions until I decided which way I wanted to do it for my Star Wars themed wedding. I love it!!!!!
