I am quite turned off when I go into a salon for the first time and the person doing my nails doesn't ask for my name and doesn't reveal
their name. If you're happy with the job they did don't you want to know the technician's name so that you can ask for them the next time you make an appointment? And if they don't do a good job, don't you want to know the technicians name so you can steer clear of them next time? The least they could do is wear a nametag.
It was fairly slow when I was there and some of the workers were eating their lunch in the salon area. The smell of fish filled the salon and made me want to gag.
My mani/pedi was okay, not the best and not the worst. Due to of the lack of introduction and the fishy odor in the salon area... I won't be back.

This is one of the worst nail salons off of Route 119. They’re customer service is HORRIBLE and they are WAY too pricey for the work they put out. I have been here a hand full of times over the few years they have been opened and each time they disappoint. I’ve come in and stated the service I was requesting and was completely ignored. Another time , assuming they didn’t want to do my nails, they had 4 workers sitting around and she informed me it would be a two hour wait before I was serviced. Everything about this place is HIGHLY unprofessional. Don’t waste your time or money.

There’s not one time I went there and someone didn’t complain. I liked it because I always got in a seat right away. That’s because they don’t have customers and I’ll never go back after my gel manicure only lasted 2/3 days and they wouldn’t do it over

Had a great 1st experience , however my second trip today will be my last. The actually work they do is great but them begging for tips after the service is rude and uprofessional. It's a customer choice to tip, I usually do tip my service based workers but let me offer don't stand there and give me nasty looks if choice not to.

Used to be a frequent customer because of Eva. As of lately, everytime I go in, only the guy is doin nails.and the rest of the staff is sitting in the massage chairs watching TV or eating. It's frustrating...I don't mind waiting, but you're keeping me waiting just to give me a time to come back! Will.not be returning to this place.
