Wow, don't know where to begin. If you are going to charge so much for your services, at least live up to the prices. I went in for a waxing, the girl was nice and chatty but the wax was horrible! She seemed to be in a rush and not really care. In other words I walked out of there with my pants glued to my legs. Got home and had to clean off all the patches of wax and only to see that she missed a ton of patches. I looked at their site and they Charge 95+ for leg waxing?! Not worth it and don't waste your money.

On several occasions, in spite of having an appointment, I had to wait to see the stylist and on the last occasions, my appointment was completely neglected. The woman there can cut hair, but the organization is lacking.
