The owner, Lee did my nails. This was my first time here and they look incredible! She was so nice! I had dip nails and a pedi. She did the most amazing dip nails! They look so natural and not thick and clunky like another place did to me. I will for certain be back!

Showed up right at 9:30 when they opened and watched all the employees slowly prance in around 9:35-40. All I asked for is a manicure 12$. And I felt pressured to pay more money and when I only wanted a manicure they were very rude. Tried to hold a conversation with her but she did not want to talk. She made me pay before hand...
I picked out a light pink to see what it would look like and it was very see through. She did not let me change the color. After doing maybe less than 1-2 sloppy coats on my nails she said all done. I looked down and it was horrific. I asked for another coat but was refused one, I even offered to pay more for another.
Stay away from K and K they do not give quality service to those who do not want to pay 100$ for an appointment. Very disappointing

I love K&K (: My mom and I have gone here for years. I'm kind of surprised by some of the reviews. We've never been rushed and have regularly been in the salon for a good 2 hours and past closing MANY times, and they never make us feel bad about it even though we insist that we can come back another time. They know my mom by name, and whenever she sees her regular nail expert, Trina, in the store, she always comes up to my mom for a hug! They remember all my moms children and ask about my siblings whenever I'm there. And whenever I see someone new come in they always make time in their busy schedule to fit them in, even though the majority of the time they're walk in appointments. Also one reviewer said they were charged $35 for acrylics instead of $25, and I'm guessing that's because she wasn't clear about which set she wanted, since getting a full set with GEL powder is $35. They DO speak english, it's just with an accent and I do admit it can be difficult to understand them at times. But that's not their fault at all. They speak two VERY different languages. So before you go bashing them for it and being racist, maybe take a step back, recognize how impressive it is that they speak two languages so well, make an effort to understand and communicate with them, tell them if you didn't quite catch what they said. And then ask yourself, would YOU be able to speak so well in their native language? CAN you even speak another language? I'm guessing the answer is no.

Rude staff. When I just wanted plain acrylic and plain polish she immediately was rude. I also hate how when you walk in they immediately ask oh, who did your nails last? Then bash the way they were done. (I loved my last set) She asked if I was working today and when I said no I have a lot of laundry to do she replied sometimes I’m lazy like you too. Rude. She then asked if my husband worked and when I replied no she asked why. I told her he is a 100% disabled veteran, she pried and asked What for. I just said from the war not wanting to allaberate. She continued to ask what was wrong with him. So offensive. She then she did not approve of the color or shape I wanted. I really wanted to pull my hands away and leave. Once she was finished my nails were extremely uneven and looked terrible. Stressful, terrible experience.

The ladies are always kind. They do good work! Sometimes it’s slightly rushed,but they are good at what they do. The nail salon appears clean.
