Had my eyebrows done by them once before and they butchered them. After that i said ill never go to them again. A friend of mine convinced me to go again for a pedicure.... why did i do that. The lady that did my pedicure was horrible it was sooo bad that my 12 year old daughter looked and them and laughed and asked me who did my toes because they were horrible. So I went back the following day to complain to the manager.. They re-did the polish on my toes and it still looked horrible because they made the same person re-do my toes.. smh NEVER AGAIN!!!.. and to top it off the lady that did my toes was not gentle at all

So I love the cleanliness and ambiance of this modern styled nail salon. It's large and spacious, however, the language barrier is just a bit too much for me. It's difficult to speak to the technician. Also, I made an appointment and still had to wait over an hour. I felt as though they take people they think will tip better. And the last time I went in I had 5 girls with me and tipped the girl that had my little daughter very well. To say thank you, because she had to fix her manicure twice...my 6 yr old wouldn't sit still. But the woman that had me literally complained in front of me that I didn't tip her 50% too. Huge turn off.

Doesnt deserve 1 star. Very disappointing will not be coming back! They assured me colors would match on hands and feet they are way off. Left the foil and remover on way to long and burnt my skin, rushed through my pedicure and did a horrible job on eyebrows. Still had the nerve to charge full price. Didn't apologize placed blame on polish company.

Very nice people, quality service. Long waits if you don't have an appointment. Very clean and well kept store.
