Although they do a very good job I was very upset about the way one of them tried to get more of a tip from me. I already agreed to a tip (which they feel is an obligation and it is not). She charged my credit card $20 over the amount and tried to give me some change in cash essentially doubling her tip. I insisted she give me all the change. They are going to loose a lot of business until they realize you can’t be aggressive and obvious about requiring a tip. A tip is something you can give if you want to and that kind of behavior will just cause people not to come back.

just got my nails done here an hour ago and my nails are bleeding and still wet. i asked to use multiple colors which does not seem to difficult but she messed up the patterned and one color is all over my fingers. the shape is different what i asked for ( i got acrylics) , i was rushed out of there, she kept getting made at me for moving around a little bit and i have the gel nail polish all over my hands, i didn’t ask for gel i wanted just regular polish. i’m 13 and wanted to get my nails done for vacation and i think they rushed me because of my age i still spend the same money as everyone else and never coming back

Very friendly and clean. The top coat they use stays shiney 4ever!

I think I can say I have found my new nail place. Great customer service! Everyone there was extremely nice and warm, especially the receptionist. And did an outstanding job.
