Worst massage experience ever. I was given a gift groupon for a massage and from the moment I walked in the door, the massage person had a horrible attitude towards me. She was dressed entirely unprofessional in a tank top that was too small for her with her cleavage hanging way out. There was no hello or greeting other than to tell me I had to pay the difference in the groupon because it was over the promotional period. That should have been my que to walk out the door but because I hadn't had a massage in several years, I was really looking forward to it so I just took it. After the massage (that was very basic to say the least, nothing special about it at all) there were no words from her to me the entire time I was there, not even a thank you for coming or simple goodbye! I have never been treated so poorly in my life. The level of unprofessionalism displayed towards me was astounding and I will never step foot back in that salon ever again!

Purchased Groupon pedicure deal and called to set up an appointment for my sister in law and I to get pampered together. It worked out perfectly since the first appointment available for both of us was on my birthday (Tuesday February 13th). Upon arrival, we were offered our complimentary wine which was awesome and told they were running a few minutes behind schedule (again, no big deal). We had to then decide who would be getting pedicure first since they didn't have more than one acrylic tech and we both wanted full sets. Unfortunately the salon did not have the nude acrylic, but did have pink and white available. Again, I'm not trying to nit-pick but at this point I wish I would not have done the set of acrylics but I'll address that later.. We had awesome conversations with the nail techs and that unfortunately caused our appointment to take longer than anticipated. Once we all realized how much time had been slipping by, our services became rushed as both techs had 2:30 appointments that were being delayed due to ours taking so long. After leaving, we both felt great about finally getting pampered. The following day (yesterday, Valentine's Day 2/14/18) not even 24 hours after getting the acrylics done, I started experiencing lifting of the acrylic, which as we all know, should not be happening. My nails look like I got them done a week ago now and it has only been two days (today is Thursday 2/15/18). To say that I'm disappointed is an understatement because not only did we pay $60+/- for the Groupons, but I turned around and dropped $90 (including tip for both techs) in the salon and my nails look horrible after only two days!!! I'd be willing to give the salon another try, but definitely want the acrylics removed and just a polish instead..

Have had two pedicures with Danielle, and both times have been awesome. My feet felt so good afterwards and the polish is still on my feet after two weeks. Decided to have her do my hair.

Bought a Groupon for my daughter to use here - she got her hair shampooed, cut and styled and it was FABULOUS! Great experience.

Terrible Experience! The girl who did my manicure and pedicure was 20 mins late to my appointment and didn’t do a very good job. Just got my nails done 2 days ago and the paint is already coming off! Never going back.
