I scheduled my appointment here with Kara about 3-4 weeks ago. For a makeup (full face)
I did not get a confirmation to confirm the appointment.
My appointment was for 10:15 I drove from Garland arrived early. Before Kara, she came walking in at 10:25am.
Did not acknowledge me or the fact that she was late. No Good morning or how are you doing. She finally came to the front at 10:31am and said “you can sit in that last chair” 🙄
No one else there could do my makeup. There was no way Kara was going to touch me with that attitude she have.
A total waste of time and ruin my plans for the day. No one there gave not one care about it. Poor service level but the know that the customer is the lifeline of any business. I can go anywhere and receive excellent service and get even better results. I do have choices. You have plenty of competition.

Very inexperienced when it comes to brazilians. 1st - used a numbing spray, never in my life have I seen someone use a numbing spray. I was excited at first because I thought the pain wasn't going to be as bad as it usually is. THEN, used the hot wax but only a corner about the size of a quarter. I was like I absolutely can't handle my whole area being waxed this way. THEN they used regular wax but also small portions, like eyebrow wax. ALSO, the gloves are TERRIBLE quality so as she went to grab the wax that was left behind the gloves would stick to my sensitive freshly waxed skin & it was SO painful. Would never recommend this place, $35 brazilians here are not worth it.

Horrible experience. I got my eyebrows waxed a couple of days ago, and the lady waxed off skin on my eyelid. I know it happens sometimes, but she didn't even tell me until I pointed out to her that my eye lid was stinging. When I looked in the mirror, you could clearly see that my skin was raw on my eye lid. Then she proceeded to say "Oh, I don't know how that happened"... They didn't even offer me anything, and on top of it, THEY MADE ME PAY STILL. Needless to say, I won't be going back there.

I love them. They have been awesome! I’ve been going to them for over a yr. and I will not let anyone else do my lashes or brows. Keep it up Eye Candy!
