The dentist is good at what he does but does't like Denti-cal. I felt like they were treating me like a nuisance due to my insurance. Beware Denti-cal recipients take your business elsewhere.

I went to Dr. Balisha for full mouth extractions and upper and lower dentures. The extraction process was THE SINGLE MOST PAINFUL DENTAL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! When I told the doctor that I was in tremendous pain, I was told that he could not give me any more Novocain and when I cried in pain he became angry and got rough with me. When my mouth was healed and I went in to get my dentures, the fit was horrible. I went back a total of 9 times to have them adjusted and they still don't fit and are visibly crooked. In fact, the bottom plate fits so poorly that I cannot wear it. I asked for them to remake my dentures and was told no to each of my numerous requests. I do not know how this dentist stays in business. His staff, on the other hand, is courteous and kind. I have had a great deal of dental work done in my life, and I have never experienced pain even close to this quack doctors torture. I only wish that there was a zero star option here but one star it is. He does not deserve this star. You have been warned!!!
