Love love love this place. Perfect for a treat yourself day. My boyfriend and I genuinely enjoy coming here. You get the privacy of enjoying your date with one another. Their prices are great, their product and quality are great. I’ve been coming here for more than a year and my nails always last for a month. They clean your toes well and cuticles as well. I’m very particular with my mani pedis but this spot is 10/10.

I did my nails yesterday at Grace Nail & Spa II. It was a great experiences. They did my manicure perfect. I love it so much. And it’s really easy to find the parking.

I sat down for only a pedicure & I had to leave in the middle of the service.
something MAJOR happened during my first visit yesterday. I won’t say exactly what because during these times, a lot of businesses are hurting. My purpose of writing this review is to bring to the owners attention that action NEEDS to happen.
what happened yesterday is completely unacceptable & how I spent the rest of my day was unfair to me.
After I left the salon, I called them to let them know where I went after and this was the cause; whoever I spoke to on the phone wasn’t extremely apologetic and showed very little empathy towards the situation. not sure if it’s because of a language barrier but that’s not an excuse. So I’m writing it here for you so it’s easier to get translated.
I wanted to like this salon but I will not be coming back. Hope you do what you need to do to save your business because the next person is not going to be as nice as me and might get you shut down.

The best nail salon in Lynbrook!!! The entire experience was amazing– not rushed, very relaxing, comfortable. Love it!!

So glad I found this place. Love my gel nails and great at pedicures. Justin and JOJo are the best!
