They are seriously ridiculously about following you around like crazy. I one point they realize there wasn't no one on are heels and two them literally ran to us like road runner and stop so close to me that I could've kissed her, if I chose to. That's when it hit me. Damn!!!! She's all in my personal space. An we're just a shopping adding up what we're spending in their place of business. That's OK. They are not the only nail suppliers. An I will be spreading the word around about this place. It was my first time and the last time. They should just put a sign out side. "NO BLACK PEOPLE" On top of that the girl pinch my nail brush and lied said she didn't. Why she lied I don't know but I'm done really done with them.

I am a licensed nail tech and esthetician and I had the worst experience in this store. First, I drove and hour to get to this store which I have shopped here many times before. I go inside, walked pass 5 different employees no one asked me for my license until I got all the way into the back of the store to get what I needed and getting ready to checkout. I had to go back outside to get my license and come back in. Second, I asked and employee if he could help me find something and he told me I had to ask somebody else that was working on the floor but he was in the back of the store with me, so my question is why was he working there if he couldn’t help me. Was he security??? Lastly, I bought one item since I didn’t get the help that I needed but while checking out there was about 4-5 African American women that came in the store to shop. Y & B did not allow them to come in the store to shop. They were only allowing 2 at time. I heard them tell this group of ladies this. TO ALL AFRICAN AMERICAN NAIL TECHS, COSMETOLOGISTS, & ESTHETICIANS I DO NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING AT THIS STORE. I will be getting my supplies from somewhere else and I will never be shopping here again.

I truly love this place it should be called Nail Heaven.. I just love the service and Paige, and Richard are AWESOME.
