I walked in, in such a great mood and that all changed very quickly the lady that was working on me kept leaving to do other people’s nails and a guy finally came to paint my nails and he was in such a bad mood and rush my nails and did them so horrible. Giving them one star is generous. First and definitely LAST time coming to this place

My family and I had been going to this nail shop for MANY YEARS(from when they first opened until the end of last yr).My family had already stopped supporting their business-after MANY YEARS- but I continued to go! I used to go religiously... bought a number of gift certificates for people, always referred ppl, spent hours in there, always tipped, never had a nasty attitude even if I wasn't very fond of the work that time around etc- I WAS a LOYAL CUSTOMER! Over the years things changed drastically... I would go in & barely get a hello , I would would be left waiting for someone else to receive services although I was there first etc BUT the last time I went I said it would be my last time- I'd gone in to get a pedicure (by Betty she's very sweet) she told me that she had an appointment and Wendy (who was my ONLY nail tech for MANY YEARS!) could do it if I didn't have time to wait..she(Wendy) said something in their language and NEVER came to render services BUT AS SOON AS 2 ladies walked in she JUMPED OFF OF THE WAXING BED FROM PLAYING HER GAME AND EAGERLY GREETED THEM WITH A SMILE! I had recently started going to another tech bc I felt as though they had gotten too comfortable with me and weren't treating me like a valued customer- they had become too "busy" ..the entire vibe had changed..maybe that's why Wendy started acting differently..bc I's started going elsewhere for nails(?) idk..but I would still go for my toes/pedi so I went once and while getting a pedi Betty asked if I was going to get a fill..to make a long story short she turned around & asked Wendy about filling my nails and she lied and said she had an appointment but shortly thereafter I watched her take a very obvious walk-in...smh...all of the money & time wasted...the "relationship" that we built over the years meant nothing! She had stop addressing me altogether! Initially it actually made me feel very bad tbh. I went as far as making it a new year's resolution to STOP going here and I haven't returned since!

Hands down my favorite nail place in town. And I've been exploring for the past 15 years. The best pedicures, I get the pink and white gel and love it. Great prices! And they are so fast. They take appointments.

I wish I could show you a photo of how bad my nails look. 45 dollars for gels that need to be filled already the polish is all messed up and inconsistent and my cuticles are bleeding. So disappointed. Go somewhere else
