Terrible experience and extremely unprofessional and poor customer service. Amenities were subpar and staff was pushy and rude but I decided to be patient. I went in for a no chip manicure and halfway through the service I noticed that the polish color didn’t match its display and politely asked my nail tech if she could fix it or change the color. The nail tech offered to add a coat of a different color over the work she had done to fix it and I agreed. After adding the new color to only two nails, she says it looks “terrible” and decides to take it off with acetone. As I’m sitting with a half done, half chipped manicure, the nail tech explains that I will need to pay an ADDITIONAL $20 to fix the mess that she created. I politely refused to pay an additional fee to fix a problem she caused. She told me I could pay for and leave with the incomplete service and again I politely refused and told her that her actions were unprofessional. She then began to raise her voice with me and argue with me and proceeded to tell me to “shut up”. Left with an incomplete manicure - no apologies or offers to fix THEIR mistakes. I even asked for the polish to just be removed and was told that I would be charged for that as well. Needless to say I will not be returning here whatsoever. Entire staff lacked any proper communication with customers and any semblance of professionalism. Terrible establishment and would not recommend whatsoever. You’re better off going to any other of the many nail salons in the area.

Me and my friends have been here a couple of times and always get what we need. The people are really friendly. When we get our nails done we’re always happy with the results

Love this place, everything looks I new. They do great job and take good care of you.
