If you are looking for a high end salon to do your nails you are at the right place. Very professional service, they show you different shapes, different colors and techniques so that you get exactly what you need. My no chip manicure lasted for weeks and is done with precision and good cuticle removal. They also give you their professional advice on the type of product that would best fit your nails. What makes the experience even better is that they provide a special price for the parking across the street which is very convenient if you have car! I highly recommend for everyone who would like to have beautiful nails!

I got a gel overlay manicure that wasn’t the best. My nail tech did a great job of cleaning the nail cuticle. It all went downhill from there. I asked for a design pulled from an inspo page they recommended and their page states they can replicate almost every design. My nail artist didn’t think to tell me that the design was too complicated for her and she continued trying but when she realized she couldn’t she added foil to cover it up. My nails were so ugly that I went home to paint them immediately after the appointment. I felt so upset that I had to wear them for 4 weeks so I reached up hoping for a refund as I paid $90 and they sent me an email to their “corporate” office which hasn’t gotten back to me after a week and when I messaged them to ask if there was another person I could reach out to they decided to ignore me. When I went to a different location, the nail techs were so shocked at how terrible the work was. Don’t go here, save your money!

I had an appointment which I arrived promptly for and called them up multiple times because I could not locate the business, there is no apparent signage. Nobody answered, yet they still charged me $25 no show fee. This to me is unacceptable.

Got to my appointment 10 mins early since it was my first time here. The artist didn’t start on me until 45+ mins after my scheduled service (I was nearly ready to leave), and then took 3 hours to do simple extensions with just one nail polish color, no design. While the end result was decent, no one set my expectations and I spent 4+ hours of my day here. Not worth the time or lack of communication, not sure I’ll be back.

The masters are usually newbies so I had to point out the burrs twice to the manicurist. When my regular nail polish got ruined by the end of day the there was a real adventure to book an appointment. And even though I was scheduled after a week of discussion the manicurist didn't show up and the management had no interest in notifying me or apologizing for wasted time
Its not a sevice you're expecting to get for that price
