The first time I went it was great. Second time the girl did a sloppy nail deep. I requested the 3rd time that the man that did my dip the first time do it again. He was terrible ☹️. Very very sloppy , didn't even look professional. I called them up and ask if I could just get them removed and gel out on (big price difference). The man was rude about it, telling me they looked fine and I need to learn to take care of my nails! No they didn't look fine and buddy and your attitude, not good. I will never return and neither will any of my friends.

They just flat out don't know how to do the dip powder process correctly... worst experience ever. Dip was done incorrectly, horrible shaping, horrible buffing. Your nails won't look good.

Very happy with the results. Had full set and pedicure. Customer service was excellent. The nail tech was able to recreate an online picture and she exceeded expectations.

Went here on 12/28. I had scheduled an appt. with Lily. My original appt was set on 12/23 at 4, but schedule changes occurred and I called that morning to reschedule for the 28th. I get there 10 min early and tell them I have an 11 o’clock with Lily. I’m a new client so I don’t know what she looks like. Lily goes to check the appt book and asks about pedicures and I say no, then she says fill in and I say yes. I sit down and wait about 5 min and an older man approaches me and asks what I need done. Lily interjects and says do I mind letting him work on me so I don’t have to wait on her. I told her I wanted a design and would she still be able to do it and she said yes. So, I reluctantly let the older man start thinking after she was done with her appt she would take over since I had an appt with her to start with. Nope! My tech also didn’t know the difference between my nail shape and coffin shaped nails. I had to tell him I didn’t have coffin nails twice. Lily finished her appt at exactly 11:14. I could’ve waited 15 minutes on her. She never came over to finish my nails, but she did manage to go and sit beside her husband and get on her phone for a few minutes. Then she did a little bit of shop straightening up and went to the back for about 15-20 minutes, that my nail tech was asking where was Lily. Don’t make appts out of greed and take money from people when you clearly seem to OVERBOOK on purpose and then pass your appointments off to other techs so you won’t lose money. Had I known this I would’ve cancelled. My nails look like a first timer did them.

Zilys is great !!! I tried my first glass acrylic look with them and have been in loved ever since !! Super professional and they do an amazing job. Quality over quantity and I’m always satisfied. Quick turnaround times and my nails last the full 2-3 weeks before my next appointment.
