They charged me $39 dollars for a Express mani & pedi. I had a basic manicure and pedicure done and I opted for buff and shine instead of polish. I was surprised when she charged me $39 and then asked for a cash tip. I was satisfied with the quality job they did, but they definitely overcharged me by at least $9 dollars. Also, I went in on a Thursday morning when they have discounted prices. I left feeling really frustrated and ripped off. Not the mood I thought I was going to leave with. The customer service is non-existent. I don't know how she felt justified in charging me $39 dollars for a basic Express mani/pedi. This all-in-all was a bad experience for me and I will not be using them in the future.

Jenny's Nail is the best nail and spa in the whole area. I've been going to Jenny's Nail and Spa for over five years, and I have never been disappointed in her work or services. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Her staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Jenny the owner of the salon is professional and courteous. Her nail and spa salon is clean and beautiful. Her works are beautifully done, and she does it with diligent. If you want exceptional services, Jenny nail and spa is the place to go to for your nail services. You won't be disappointed.

I have been going to Jenny since 2005 and for good reason. She is very professional and does amazing work faster then I have ever seen. Her staff is very friendly and non of that gossip nonsense that you see everywhere else. Her prices are very reasonable as well and the place is very cozy and clean.

Guys, there's just so much better out there. Nail clippings on the ground, dirty floor, not even a decent job. Not worth it.

Best nail salon in So OC. Jenny the is the best. Found this place because my other nail salon wasn't working out. Love my nails
