I’ve followed Vivian/Van for nearly 5 years!! Lost contact and stopped getting my nails done for 9 months after continued dissatisfaction with other salons. She lost her phone and I thought I lost her contact until searching through an old phone. I found her!! In her own salon!!! Service today was nothing short of amazing!! She takes her time to ensure perfection!!! Beautiful salon, fancy pedicure massage chairs, and complementary beverages! Hard working woman! Go see her! You won’t be disappointed!

Horrible customer service!!! I went to get my eyebrows done, and Vivian ripped off the skin under both my eye brows. Immediately after Vivian put some oil on my eye brows began burning like alcohol on a cut. I dont get my eyebrowns done to often so i didnt think much of it, but when she waxed them it hurt more than usual. I pay and tip Vivian than leave i get like 5 min from her shop and realize the skin under brows is gone. Medum patch on one eye and a large stip on the other. I call and inform her that i was turning around and wanted her to see what she had done. But she contiunes to say if i had ripped the it would be buring, which it was and she has never done that. Wells theres a first time for every thing buddy. I get there and she rudely tells me to sit down and continues what she was doing like I wasnt paying customer who was unhappy with there service. I wait like 7 min and while I was waiting she has the nerve to gossip and talk about me with another customer like 4 feet away from me like where in middle school. What a shame. She finally gets to me and i try to explain/show what she had done, and she just acts oblivious trying to brush it under rug. She tells me is me go to the eyebrow room. And Vivian proceeds and put the clear liquid on eye. It started buring so bad i started tearing up immediatly stepped away from her and ran to the stink for cold water. I noticed my eyes were swelling/puffy. I no longer wanted help from her and asked for my money back. And she wouldnt give me my money back lying saying she didnt know how to do refund. So, I asked for cash. She said "no you payed with card", but if you dont know how to do refund that is a simple solution in my eyes. After bickering with her and her staff for 5 min to give me my money back with cold towel on my eye she quickly learned how to do that refund. Then she rudely told me to never come back thats not a problem at all Vivian. I was very cordial talking them and her addtide was very uncalled for. I dont know if her pride was hurt but thats not how you treat paying customers.

After divorcing my previous nail salon, because their nails never lasted without needing repair, I decided to try CoCo Chanails! I was not disappointed! They really take their time and they ask questions to ensure they’re giving you exactly what you desire! Vivian did my full set with gel polish and her associate did service on my toes! They have specials during the week, as well!!!! The atmosphere is quiet and they offer complimentary beverages.

Had my first experience at Coco Chanails today after debating really hard on what nail salon to go to, because my regular nail tech had to cancel my appointment & I am leaving for a work conference - so I had to find somewhere to go. I was very pleased with my services from Vivian & Tina and they truly took their time & made sure I was happy with my services. They are both very sweet ladies & so welcoming. I will definitely go back to see them!
