BEWARE owner-stylist Hong! She's cut my hair & kids' hair a number of times & done a good enough job, although her disposition has always been lacking. However, last time she didn't listen & hacked my kids' hair. I asked her to fix it & that made it worse. If you don't want to pay for a second cut to try fix what Hong does, go elsewhere...we went to Diana @ Cultured next to Cricket & she listened, did a fabulous job remedying kids' cuts, all w/ a smile.
