My first time here passing through before I catch my flight. I love Tips n Toes(Clinton ,MS) but I wasn't in that area so I tried this place. I was greeted at the door , the lady was professional ( don't know her name) but I didn't like my toes ( French tip) very much. It'll have to do for now but I don't plan on coming back.

I just want to start off by saying, I have gone to this salon many times in the past. Although customer service hasn’t always been the best, I’ve always overlooked it because NYN was my go to salon. However, my most recent trip there has made it to where I am certain that I will not be returning. A few days ago I went into the salon to get my acrylic nails filled in. I told the woman and went and picked out my color. Another woman came out and started to take the polish off of my old acrylics, like usual. When she was done, she took a fake nail that is used underneath the acrylic, and started to pry off the nails that I had glued on. Keep in mind that I had only had these nails on for about a week and a half and they were nowhere near ready to be taken off. This woman rips my nails off and then proceeds to redo them all from scratch. I know for a fact that nail salons are supposed to soak off acrylics so that they don’t harm the customer or their nails. After she finished redoing the nails, the woman proceeds to charge me full price for not only an entire full set (which keep in mind is about twice the same price of a refill) but then she decides to try and charge me for the removal of my the nails that I had on when I came in. After talking with the ladies they decided to give me a “discount “ and not charge me for the removal. My nails were sore the rest of the day from her method of removal, not to mention that she made me bleed several times from the electric filer. There are several nails salons in the Jackson area that do a much better job. I can for certain say that I won’t be going back there.

I will never go there to get a pedicure this nail tech cut all the way into my nail bed of my toe and I can see my flesh It hurt so bad then and it still does the bleeding will not stop. It hurt so bad it made my blood pressure go up instantly. I took pictures just in case my toe doesn't heal properly

I have had nothing less than pleasant experiences at New York Nails!! I love my Nail Tech Froggy! He's so friendly and kind, and he does an excellent job on my nails!!!

Best pedicure I've ever had ! Good customer ! Also the pedicure wasn't rushed ! Time well spent with great prices ! Definitely worth my time and money and I will continue to return to New York nails ❤️❤️
