This was my first time here and I had a great experience! The young lady who did my nails took her time and did wonderfully! Though the legs massage was a little bit weak, but it's understandable because I'm a lot bigger than her. She was very friendly and nice to talk with! The chair seem new so they were very nice and comfy! I'm happy with my nails and enjoy my experience there. Definitely I will be back! :)

I've come here several times out of convenience to my home but I'm opting to go out of my close radius and find a spot with better service (and reviews). The turn over in Ownership did nothing to the quality of pedicures you receive. They get 2 stars instead of 1 for allowing walk-ins and they're pretty quick to serve and they offer bottled water. These ladies do not know how to shape a nail. Someone previously mentioned they spend too little time and that is accurate! They speed through the service to get the next person in the chair. I've walked out of there 3 times now (3 different women) with lopsided big toe nails, ugh I'm done. The price (way too high) does not justify what you receive in quality. I hope the salon reads these reviews and make adjustments to their game.

My wife received a facial treatment a couple of days ago and she loved it; says the owner is very personable and provided a friendly service. My wife will definitely come back her! Thank you, Levo Day Spa!

This is my second times here for while, and it seems different. Looks like they got some new front desk, and the place does look a lot nicer. Their customer service has improve, I walked in and didn't wait long. Maybe it was a slow day for them, but they did took their time with me and did what I asked for.

Did not like my manicure at all. The ladies don’t take their time and are not very friendly. They see you trying to fix the nail polish on your nail and they don’t even try to help you!
