I finally found a nail salon that I like, right here in Weaverville. Very very clean, great techs, nicely decorated, and my nails look wonderful and gel manicure/pedicure is lasting 3 weeks, at least

The worst set of acrylic nails that I have ever got. I asked for coffin gradient and they say dont know. Wouldn't listen to anything I asked for even showed pictures.

Henry is the best and I absolutely love him. Been going on here for 6 years now! They are all s sweet there! For sure recommend this place!

I just moved here from out of states decided to check out JT Nails. I walked in and they didn’t have no customers the guy had a fit because I wanted to get my nails done and he was sleep. So I clearly told him I wanted coffin shaped nails and He turned my nails pointy instead. When I told him that , that’s not what I asked for he looked at me and said “well what you want me to do??” I said fix it he then tells me well I can’t because I have an appointment In 10 mins. Smh would never return back to them again

Horrible! I stopped in for a manicure and it took an hour and a half! The lady there kept digging at the corner of one of my nails- I asked her to stop and she said ingrown. No- they absolutely were not!
She filed them weird too, pretty much ruining my natural nail. I wanted a French manicure, gel. That’s not even done right, the polish doesn’t go all the way to the end of my nail.
I am still terribly upset and will never, ever be back!
Horrible customer service. I’ve never seen such!
