They are amazing they were able to get me and my sister in law in right before closing. They do an amazing job on my 3 year olds feet and nails. I will always go threw them

We go in for our first time and they didn't listen to what I wanted. I wanted a coffin tip and it was square. We go home and go back not even 5 minutes later to fix them as we can't live with them. And the lady fixing my nails almost tore them off fililing them and then didn't paint them again as some of the polish came off. All on all will go somewhere else

Been going here for over a year and today I go in for a fill, I show a pic to the lady.. says she can do it and which she could not and was very rude to me. Arguing with me. I will defiantly be finding a new nail salon!!!! Basically I paid for nails that I’m not happy with at all!!!!!!!

I went there yesterday, 12/17/17 around 2PM, they close at 5PM on Sunday's. The main lady (possibly the owner) wasn't there. The service was poor, the workers were slow and they had no sense of urgency and perfection with their work. I waited LITERALLY 1 hour and 12 minutes before actually being assisted for ONE THUMB NAIL THAT BROKE. All I needed was for my thumb nail to be fixed. THERE WAS NO COLOR ON MY NAILS, JUST A FILL....I paint them myself because they're that slow. After I was finally assisted, they shaped my nail poorly and when I told them to correct the shaping they acted pissy. I spent $5 for one broken thumb nail which is fine, but aside from that, to wait 1 hour and 12 minutes before being assisted is outrageous. And not to mention, they had 2 chairs open, 4 workers, 6 ladies in there and 25 minutes into me waiting initially, they assisted an elderly lady before me under the guides that "She called in" when they accept walk in & appts. I wont argue about setting an appt but what I will say is in the meantime, I could've been soaking my nail to speed up the process/waiting time. For ONE nail, that was horrible service to me. I'll only come back here out of pure last resort.

I'll definitely be going here for my nails from now on! For gel nails and eyebrow waxing it was $34 and the staff was friendlier than anyplace else I've ever been. The atmosphere is great too!
