This place is AMAZING!!!!! Prompt friendly service. Every effort was made to make me feel like a queen. The staff is so attentive. I was so relaxed and pampered. Their spa is top of the line. I'm already planning my next adventure at Spa 9700. I am very picky, very critical and I have very high expectations when I spend my time and money. I found nothing wrong with this facility. I can't say enough wonderful things about the spa, the service and the staff. TOP OF THE LINE CARE

Paid 75$ for nothing.. I went in for a body exfoliation treatment. The lady applied scrub never rubbed it in or scrubbed at all. I said is that all you do for 75$? She said "yep" she told me to get in the shower and really scrub, then we apply lotion..she said " well maybe I can do a light message" I didn't want to get a message ,I wanted a body scrub treatment.
When I went to the front I was asked how the treatment was and I said NOT good, was not happy with what I got and and she didn't scrub at all, she replied " oh im sure she did you will probably notice it tomorrow"
I said no I wont"
She did not seem to care at all and said " that will be 75$ please!" Wow I will NEVER go back there again..I want my money back, how can I do that?

Called three days before to make an appointment for an inch loss wrap, the morning of an event I had to attend and when I arrived they were disorganized and did not have an appointment for me in the system and began making excuses. Then, she tried to give me a later appointment but had no knowledge of how long it would take me or what all they involved. I drove 45 minutes for a "good" spa that's been open for 12 years. Terrible service.

Terrible service.I called and made an appointment three days prior and when I arrived the receptionist didn't have me in the system and I was told to wait an hour.The receptionist was not even aware of the services they provided.

The ONLY Spa in Knoxville anyone wants to go back to again,and again! It is amazing!
