Very disappointed. I found a Groupon for a Brazilian blowout but called first to ensure there was an available appointment, booked the appointment, and was told they would honor the Groupon price if I paid them directly. The very next day I was informed that the person scheduled to do my hair was no longer with the salon and that they would not honor the same price if I had someone else at the salon do it - very poor customer service.

Salon Tres Ci is the only place ill go for my hair. Charlie Is an artist with the way he makes my hair turn out. I'd also say the price is well worth the service!

Rude and unprofessional. They do not honor deals. Over priced and mediocre service. They act snooty since they are around cherry creek shopping. Take your money elsewhere.

I had a facial with Tammy and it was wonderful. A little tricky to find, but a nice salon!

I purchased a Groupon for a Brazilian blow-out and called to set up the appointment. The receptionist was pleasant. The stylist (Shay) who did the treatment was AWESOME! She was professional & very personable. I loved the way she treated me and how she explained the whole process. I would definitely recommend going to Shay.
