The staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs. I love the wide range of colors and got a sparkly full set in coffin shape. Linda did my nails and I love how attentive she was to the shape. I'm always a little scared to do full sets, but Linda was so patient, especially at the root of the nail!! I love shopping around this area and I'm really glad I found my new go to nail salon!! This place is truly a gem. Thank you Linda!! I will definitely be coming back to get my nails done.

I've been going to this salon since right after Harvey. Mimi has been wonderful. My nails always look great and she puts me to sleep. Her massages are the best. I've enjoyed going to this salon.

Probably the worst manicure I have ever had. I had a overlay on my nails that I wanted removed and manicure. She didn't remove all of the overlay and on one nail the tip is still on my nail. I will be finding another spot. I was in a hurry and didnt have time to complain. I will not be back.

I have had three powder dip manicures here. The first two were fine, but the third was another story. Despite my objection, she used four coats of powder, so it was very thick. Then she proceeded to file it down. She was VERY rough with me and actually cut my skin below the cuticle with her file. Time to find a new place...

The absolute worst!!!! They are not worthy of the one star. I have recently moved back to Houston and needed to have my nails done. I use SNS powder (dip) on my nails. Its amazing and has totally changed the health of my nails. This facility advertised that they have "dip". I make an appointment, my appointment is confirmed, I show up and the location is under construction and a sign on the door sends me to a temporary location on Gray. I should have waiting, but thinking I need to have them done, I go. I was treating my mother with nails and wanted her to try "dip" We walk in, I don't have the scheduled technician. The place was packed and filthy. Still trying to be optimistic, I sit down. I should have never sat down. The woman starts hacking away at my nails with an emery board . The whole process was a nightmare. My poor mother was not happy and very disappointed. So much for the treat. Anywho, long story short, I ended up leaving completely dissatisfied and all they did was remove my old dip and gave my mother a manicure. Even worse they charged me $46.00. I was shocked she still charged me knowing how dissatisfied we were and I was leaving without my nails done. I definitely did not tip. They didn't like that either. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. They should not be doing nails and its the farthest thing from a spa.
