Got a manipedi deal for $22. Good service, clean workspace. However, the.waxing was an experience I never want to live through again. The wax was very hot and she didn't even bother to blow on the wax a few times and put it right on my skin! My upper leg was more red than usual. I would not recommend their waxing service, but the nail service is slightly better than average.

My girlfriend just came home in tears because of this racist piece of crap nail salon! The lady took 2.5 hours to do a mani/pedi while she rolled her eyes and talked about her the entire time in Korean(?) My girlfriend is African American and apparently this is the wrong ethnicity to get service here! While white and latino girls were getting quick friendly service. Other girls that came in an hour after her and waited for an hour (it was busy), were heading to the dryer by the time she left. My girlfriend is extremely polite very sweet and well educated and did nothing to warrant this type of treatment except ask for her nails to be rounded. Then the ladies eyes almost fell out of her head by the amount of eye rolling and her speech became more agitated and aggressive while she was talking about her to her co-workers. Oh and how does she know that they were talking about her you ask? because a patron who was waiting to get her nails done for about 20 minutes overheard them and was so disgusted by what they were saying got up and left. It just so happened that my girlfriend ran into her outside the salon on the corner and the woman told her that they were saying horrible things about her and that had been the reason she had left. She told her that she should never go back there and that she will not return herself. After this encounter my girlfriend returned to speak to the owner and it turns out that she was n the room the whole time! The owner placated my girlfriend and apologized and offered a free voucher which was turned down. Why? to come back to get talked about again and get rude service? My GF and I have been dating for 5 years and I have seen her get mistreated before. Im caucasian and am shocked sometimes by some peoples racism but I have never seen her so upset! I've never once written a review about anything in my life but this I cannot let go and writing this is the best thing I can do to warn people about this disrespectful, bigoted nail salon!
