Decided to visit location because of ratings. Seemed okay, until I waited 30 minutes after setting an appointment to get my nails done, did not even get to doing my mother's mani & pedi. Employee claimed it was managers fault for the mistake of booking 4 appointments under one time frame. Screamed at me even though she was to blame for the misunderstanding, threw a fit (unethical behavior) and stated that manager/owners would not be on premises until over a month. Introduced rudeness to its customer (myself). Worst experience of my life at this location. Other employees just laughed about the outburst that the employee indured on me.

Sky has been doing my gel manicures for months now and they really last the 2 weeks. No chipping and no breaking!! Go see Sky!
