Only went to buy a GC, i didn't receive any services but owner was super friendly, knew my friend based off picture so made me more comfortable knowing i was in the right place

Tim is a true pro at nais. Mine look exactly like I asked. Tina has a great eye for the perfect hair style for face structure and age. I love there gentle, kind demeanor. I'm a customer for life now.

Was a surprise BD trip to this salon from my Son and Daughter-in-law.
Service was great! Had a dye touch-up, and a heavenly pedicure. Thank you both for making me feel special.

Very friendly people. However, the way they book appointments is not okay. Reason I am saying this is because they book nail appointments then hair and then they start to feel rush. As you can see this was rush and not done correctly. I paid for gel and the polish was chipping. I went on Thursday to get these done and I told the lady that the nail polish was uneven and since she was busy I would come back Monday. They said okay no problem. I show up today and it is closed and sad part is I was really looking forward to
Giving this place a good review. I am so all about supporting small businesses but this place needs to take appointments correctly so that we the. Customer don’t have to feel the rush on there quality.Very disappointed !
