None of the managers in the last 2 years have any knowledge of what is really going on in the area or the apartments. Drugs everywhere and people have their children running around with no shoes an hanging off the balconies. The managers never answer the phone an then block your number if you call too much. It's obserd.

This place unfortunately has no concern for the people that live here. Ive paid my full rent and am a good tenant of over 4 years. I called the apartment management office 5 times at 6:30 in the evening and was hung up on 5 times, no voice mail just the new manager using the office phone for personal business and hanging up on me. Then when i go to the office, i hear the phone ringing and i ring the bell. The manager answers the door dismisses my complaint about her hanging up on me and dismisses my problem. .my oven is not working. I have AIDS and need a working oven to cook my dinner and mention to her that i need assistance, does nothing but tell me its not an emergency and is rudely dismissive. There is no reason she couldnt have let me know it would be noted and taken care of. The place is already a dump looking ghetto and this rude lack of professional responsibility makes it an even more ghetto environment

I lived here for 2 years, and enjoyed it. Joanna really cleaned up the place. She is willing to work with you, during times in need. If i didnt move out of state, i would have upgraded to a two bedroom. Nice and quiet place to live and no pest! I would recommend living here. Children are assigned to Cameron Ranch elementary school which is an excellent school! Wish they had a playground, but overall its a good place to live.

I am a current resident of Windmill Place apartments. I have been here for over a year and have found it to be a great help to me. I had some issues from my past and the management was willing to work with me. I also have made a decision to live a new way and they saw fit to encourage my efforts. If you're wanting to live a different way and respect the life you are worthy of having and respect others then this is an excellent place to start.

If your not an upper class BLACK don't even think about it the manager is a B#@$ that only cares about money. Not fixing problems in the 3 buildings that she manages. The other 2 don't have onsite manager and says it does online LIES!!! things get broken they take forever to come fix IT. But if your black they are quick to threaten to kick you out. they say they will work with you they don't they just add more money on you and expect you to become rich and pay it all at once, they tell u pay now or get out if you are ever late on rent they will refuse to let you sign another lease they keep you month to month so that they can raise your rent whenever they feel like it my daughter is stressed every month. but she loves her place I think the manger picks and chooses who she likes because she wants her own kind working and living in each of the apartment complex. the property owners here really need to consider getting a manager for each one of there properties because this women running all three is an disaster waiting to happen. she looses things as well, if your not white , Russian or anything close to Joanna's nationality or an partly rich black person don't consider. there's mold, there's a lot of things that needs to be reported to the health department. They use to give your receipt when u pay rent in they dropbox not anymore!!! you have to keep your money order receipts or your doomed. They make you drive to where they are to pay rent what if you don't have a car? they give you one three day notice and then they pick n choose if there gonna give a final notice sometimes your just sent to lawyers and don't even know. if you are desperate I recommend, if not go somewhere that your not judged that is understanding and appreciates you not try to bully you...SINCERLY MOTHER OF A RESIDENT FROM THE PLAZA DE ORA oonTHAT SHE MANAGES
