Very friendly. She took her time and made sure everything was perfect. Relaxing atmosphere. I rarely get my nails done but I'm getting married. I chose to get the dip nail as it is less damaging to my natural nails. Turned out beautifully.

I like this place! I was tired of people working in a rush and superficially in my Mani/pedicure, but they (Ana is my fav) do it right, I also loved the eyebrows wax.
Fully recommended.

If I could give a negative star rating to this business, I would. The service was awful and unprofessional! A situation had occurred where the nail tech was bad mouthing my sister , not knowing we were related he continued to talk about her to a customer. This happened right beside me. Things became very unprofessional when the male nail tech flicked off my sister and one of the female nail techs started recording myself and another person without our permission. Keep in mind we had not said anything bad to them. We asked her to stop but she continued to record. They began to threaten my sister who was waiting outside ( not on their property) saying they would call the cops. The male tech came outside and began yelling at my sister after my sister had not said anything anymore. This place is the definition of rude and money hungry. Do NOT recommend at all!! Although all this happened, I would like to thank the two nail techs who minded their own business and kept things professional. These elderly beautiful kind women deserve all the respect.

I went in on July 8th which was my 30th bday. I wanted acrylic nails and was given suggestions for other types (fine) when she was putting on the acrylic one of my nails was very visibly lumpy which I stated very clearly I wanted redone she didnt re do it she filed it down. It was better but still too big. Also when she was clipping off excess under my nails (I guess that's what she was doing) she clipped some skin and I loudly said OW ! She did apologize. This honestly wasnt a relaxing experience. What also bothered me as well is there happen to be another girl whose bday was July 8th and was given a discount. I had issues plus it was my birthday and was offered no discount.. also I was asked to pay before my nails were painted. Did so and even tipped as a courtesy because thats just how I am. I was very patient having been there almost two hours.. 3 stars because I liked how my eyebrows turned out . Also my nails were sore for two days afterwards. Please treat me better If I ever decide to come back to your salon

(In response to your response I definitely signed in on July 8th last Wednesday I'm sure your employees will remember two birthdays in your salon at the same time. This was less than a week ago).
