Awful!!!! I got my nails done for the first time there and I will NEVER go back!! I got there at 6:15 and didn’t leave until 9:15!!!! I got a manicure and pedicure and the manicure was sloppy!!! They stopped several times to help other customers who got their after me and all that only to get sloppy half done work!! I was so exhausted when they were done I didn’t even ask for a redo I was completely outdone & ready to go!!! Don’t waste your time or money!!!

They have some friendly staff there and I liked my nails. The times me and my best friend have gone they have messed my or her nails up and didn’t realize it. They can do a good job though. Their prices are pretty good too.

Pedi itself was decent - nice smooth feet, but the polish was very messy - same for the manicure. I asked for clear polish on my nails since I don’t ever wear polish and she used clear that had a pink tint. After the second coat is when I realized the tint. Mom was with me and had the same experience. We won’t go back there.

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE MONEY. This place is terrible. I went in today to get a basic manicure and pedicure with white paint before my college graduation at Liberty tomorrow. I rarely write reviews but this experience was so terrible I felt like I had to say something to spare anyone from wasting their money here. I went in at 5pm didn’t leave until almost 7:30. When I went in it was empty, but toward the end of my pedicure a few people came in and that’s when it went down hill. When she moved on to my nails, she stopped to do someone’s eyebrows so I sat there for 20 minutes in water while she was doing someone’s eyebrows. She was not clean, and had left over wax on her hands when she came back to do my nails. It was clear she was rushing through it to get to the other customers who walked in and I had to ask her to fix several things and she gave me attitude each time. I was still unhappy with it but at this point I had given up because I was being rushed through to get to the next person. She put the clear top coat on my nails while I was at the drying station after sitting there already for 20 minutes. On the phone I was told a basic manicure and pedicure was 32$ but when she asked me to pay, she said it was 35$. I am a student and they said the discount was 10 percent so I ended up paying 31$ which is full price anywhere else. When I left my nails still were not great and I suspect will start to chip in a few days. Normally I go to Amy Nails but it was pouring down rain and I didn’t want to make the drive (I live on Wards Ferry Rd) BIG MISTAKE. I will NEVER go here again the whole experience was horrible. I’m a waitress and I know how hard it is to keep up a good attitude with every single person but quality is better than quantity if you want to stay in business. They are not a clean establishment, their polish is clearly cheap, and they are extremely rude and do not seem to care about their customers at all. Save your money.
