I stayed in this apartment for over a year from Summer 2017 to Summer 2018. During this time my vehicles was broken into many times, with hundreds of dollars of items stolen in total. They refused properly adjust their cameras or add more cameras. I don't know why they refused that request as many more vehicles were broken into.

This is a nice place to live and the staff are very friendly. The location leaves a little to be desired in terms of walkability and liveliness. Would live here again.

Doak and Michael were super helpful, the experience was stress free. They gave free time for me to try out different models. Full technical information was provided as well relating to thermal and structure. Very professional and I would definitely recommend it to a family or friend shopping for mattresses.

My biggest issue here was the noise. I know apartments can be noisy, but I could hear everything! It wasn't just me. Apparently my upstairs neighbor complained about hearing me through the floor! I've literally never heard of that! I've spoken to the property manager and she said the building owner is aware of the issue so maybe they will be able to resolve the noise moving forward.
This property is very clean; Rebecca, the housekeeper, does a wonderful job. Also, the other tenants are very respectful of all the common areas which is not always the case.
Maintenance here is great and quick to respond. Vincent is fantastic! Also Stephen in the front office has been super attentive and supportive! He is fantastic and I truly hope he stays with this property/management company.
I've had a few issues while living here, most recently a miscommunication about move-out fees, but the property manager Maria Singh was very understanding and quick to resolve my concerns.

Happy to update the review. They did get back to me the first thing in the day and were very helpful to offer another apartment with a similar price match. Though the move in date was slightly later but I appreciate that they tried their best.
