I have to say I was a little skeptical about this place. It's inside a Walmart and not to many people thought it was a good idea. But I received a gift card for a Pedicure and thought "why not". Boy was I surprised! the staff was friendly and the nail tech did a great job. I guess the quote is true. Never judge a book by it's cover!
