Been here twice - both times the language barrier caused huge issues! Took my daughter there to get us French manis--she wanted acrylic nails and I needed a tip on one of my natural nails that had broken. The Chinese lady put a tip on my nail and called me done. Only painted the tips of my daughter's nails white and called her done. Who in their right mind wants to leave a nail salon on New Years Eve no less, with 9 beautiful natural nails and an obviously fake white nail? No nail polish whatsoever! Then charged us $45! Not going back here EVER!

Went with my mother, she originally wanted a mani & pedi and i wanted a full set with white tip. Everything was great at first there was one other person getting their nails done so we got in right away.... ( maybe they should have had one of us wait until they were done with the other lady)! The lady started doing my nail telling me that they were so great and ask my if i wanted gel & that it would cost $5 more, which was fine! (So it would be a total of $35) which i checked to make sure and she agreed as she was going on with grooming my nails i kept reminding her full set *meaning acrylic!! She starts painting my real nail!!!! So i stopped her and told her that was NOT what i wanted, she starts to omg this and now i have to take the gel off. I was totally fine with it because if im paying for it i should get what i want! Then i thought to myself, at first she told me a fullset with gel was $35, was she trying to get one over on me!!!! She starts talking to her husband in chinese about me telling him something about a full set!! Not cool! After taking the gel off she starts putting the white nails on cuts them and leaves me there to do the other ladies nails?!?!? Ummm! So sitting there wanting to just rip them off and leave i see how my mother is doing... well thats another story! My mother came to relax and get a massage! WRONG!! When she tried to turn the massage chair on we heard a huge bang that came from it. Instead of asking my mom if she was ok, they laughed! The foot spa didnt work AT ALL!!! i mean isnt that the purpose of a foot spa, is to get a foot massage from it!!! He rubbed her feet and legs for about 5 minutes which cost her $45!! Which is ridiculous!!! She was so mad she ended up leaving without the mani that she really wanted!! As we get into the car i look at my mom feet ans she STILL had dead skin on her heals!! THIS PLACE SUCKS AND THEY DEFINITELY TRY TO RIP YOU OFF! I nor my mother will ever be back!
