I just left this nail salon and I WILL NOT be going back. My first time going there 2 1/2 weeks ago they charged me $48 for a full set and gel nail polish plus my shape and I was okay with the price because I understood it will be more because of my shape (coffin). Today I decided to go back for a fill in because I’m leaving town tomorrow and wouldn’t have a chance to get them done. On the wall is a list of their prices and a fill in is listed as $15+ and I was going to get gel polish so I thought my total price would’ve been between $23-$25 because I don’t know how much they actually charge for gel polish, not thinking he’ll charge me for my shape too that he previously did on me. So when it was time to pay I’m waiting to see how I’ll make this payment cash or card. As I’m waiting on him to tell me the price he (the same guy that did my nails both visits) asked “Fill in?” I said “Yes.” I’m kind of looking at him weirdly because he JUST did my nails. He then proceed to look at them (my nails) then back at me, it looked like he was in thought. “Ummm it’s going to be $33 for you.” I was confused on how is it $33 when all I’ve got done was a fill in and gel polish (basic as ever). It’s not like he had to take these nails off and apply a new nail tip then acrylic and so on. With that price I should’ve just gotten a whole new set but I didn’t because my nails doesn’t grow that fast and I wanted the same shape and length for the color I’m wearing now. So all in all I’ll be taking my services else where that does a BETTER job at nails, that’s up to date on new nail ideas and have a better nail color selection.

Only place I’ll go in Columbus to get my nails done! Always so respectful and gives me exactly what I ask for every time! I love them!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm here from on the weekends as I work out of town. I had lost hope in Columbus' nail techs so I took my business south. Lol. Anyhoo, I didn't have time before I left to get my nails done so I decided to give Columbus one more try. I went to this place and he said it's gonna be a wait. Go! I said what? He shooed me off with his hands and said wait over hour go somewhere else and shooed me again. I'm totally confused by this time and he said we not wait on you! Go! Lol. Even though it was broken English, I got the message. Please spend your money where you're appreciated. Ijs.....

I love this place. I love my nails every time I come. They are very nice and patient. My nails lasts a while and they do not come off easily.

8/16/19 I went in for a mani pedi. I ended up only getting a pedicure because service was extremely slow. When I went to pay for my pedicure, the man who I am assuming is the boss/owner was VERY RUDE. He threw my card back at me & also said negative things about customers aloud AFTER they walked out. Will definitely never be going here again.
