I've been visiting Vicki for over 5 years, she always provides a wonderful manicure and pedicure, the equipment is correctly sterilized and the massage chairs are very comfortable and soothing. I've been to other places while travelling and totally regretted it.

I'm making a complaint against Lee's Nails out of the Edgewater Mall in Biloxi, MS. The manager decided to give herself a $20 tip on my receipt without my authorization. I put a 0 and a slash thru the zero and when I looked at my bank statement it shows she added a tip. My bill was $38. And she changed my 3 to a 5. I have called the nail salon with no response from this so called manager but I plan to get my money back. I've asked for a copy of the receipt which will show forgery. I'm very upset right now and can't believe she is trying to get away with stealing money from her customers. It was so easy for her to do. I know shes done it before and I will call every day until I get what I've asked for.

Very unprofessional!
I did not like my nails or the shape. Worker stated owner was out on maternity leave and would not answer the phone . Worker continuously talked about customer in the break room. Work I'll also mentioned that the owner would not refund me if she was working.
DO NOT GO HERE! I was told I'm being to picking for not liking my nails. I pray the 62 dollars I paid helped you all.

Being from Chicago I'm no stranger to a pedicure. WHAT I PAID WAS NOT WORTH THE $50 THEY CHARGE. PRICES WERE NOT POSTED IN A PLACE WHERE YOU CAN MAKE A DECISION TO PAY THIS AMOUT. MY MISTAKE WAS NOT ASKING THE PRICE IN ADVANCE NOR DID SHE TELL ME. THE GEL PEDI WAS $30 FOR THE PEDI AND $20 FOR THE NAIL POLISH😠😠😠😠😠 this place is a rip off and there was no shame....... don't go to this place they one of my nails was not even finished...... thumbs down

Although the lady who did my pedicure was awesome: there was a male who was very unprofessional and got angry at a customer, saying"I've had enough of today." Walking out with ciggrate in his hand because, he needed a break.
